We also believe our local actions truly ripple outward. 🌊 \nJoin us at Veteran’s Park next Saturday for a morning of movement\, connection\, and care. 🧹 \n🗓 Date: Saturday\, July 25th\n⏰ Yoga Warm-Up: 9:10am–9:30am\n🧘🏽‍♀️ Led by Long Beach Time Exchange member Micaela Salatino\, who will guide us through a grounding yoga flow to get our bodies and spirits ready for collective care. \nTo honor your time and impact\, all volunteers will earn a Time Dollar through the Long Beach Time Exchange\, a community network where neighbors exchange skills\, services\, and support. One hour of helping at the clean-up = one Time Dollar you can use for things like gardening help\, tutoring\, wellness sessions\, and more.
