G Funk Supreme, a Khmer American rapper, and community leader, based out of Long Beach, California, whose story of come up is one that is becoming common within the Cambodian American diaspora–the story of coming to terms with our horrific past but fueled with the desire to repurpose that anguish to thrive.

His musical odyssey and hustle mentality revolves around themes of self-determination, life experiences, and grind culture, with a lyrical ability to flow over contemporary hip hop beats and the G Funk instrumentals that influenced his childhood, the Long Beach rapper enters his music with an unapologetically smooth flow and rhythmic cadence, weaving in elements of a classic Westcoast sound and jazzy delivery.

As being featured in AMC’s TV Network for one of his most distinguished songs, “Cali Grammar” featuring TayF3rd, to his recent head bopper “Chanel Bleu” featuring Dayvid Thomas, G Funk is set to hit the stage June 15th, at the 3-day 2024 Sabaidee fest (SBDF), home to the first and largest annual Southeast Asian Musical and Cultural festival in America.
